Bank Holiday Opening Times

Our office and helpline will be closed from 4pm on Friday, 28 August until 9am on Wednesday, 2 September 2026 for the bank holiday.

You can still contact us as follows, however, we will be unable to respond until we reopen.

It may take us some time once the office reopens to work through messages that have been left.

Where can I go for urgent medical advice?

• Contact your GP (if they are open)
• Contact your local out-of-hours service
• Call 111 to speak to a trained adviser
• The NHS website, or the NHS24 website (Scotland only).
